The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be inside the barn.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website and on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, due to limited capacity at our venue, we kindly request keeping this special occasion kid-free. We hope you understand and can enjoy a relaxing and fun night off celebrating with us!

Please RSVP by April 18, 2026. We’ll be finalizing guest counts with our vendors shortly after, so we truly appreciate you responding by this date. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend — but we hope to celebrate together!

Yes! On-site parking is available for standard-sized vehicles in the small lot next to the barn. Overnight parking is welcome and encouraged.

To help maximize space and keep things running smoothly, we’ll have a seating chart at the reception and make sure everyone has a seat they’ll enjoy.

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and liquor available.

Yes! We will have a shuttle/party bus transporting guests from the venue to the Terre Haute Casino starting at 10:00 PM.
